It's been such a long time I've blog about anything, and it feels a little new to me. I notice I haven't blogged since I was at school last year. WOW!

Well I'm back and there's so much to tell you about. However, if it takes me another year to add another post sorry.

Let's see were to begin. Vladimir will be turn 3 in less then two months. Crazy how time just flies by so quickly. I feel like he just turned two not to long ago. I guess that's just life for you, it passes you by in a blink of an eye. So try to make the best of it while you are alive. Right?

We have been doing great and Vladimir has been growning up so fast. He is now in Pre-School and it's been a bless that he adapted pretty well. I was a little scared at first because the fear of him moving out of his safe zone with his Nana was a little scary for me. It was the same feeling I had when we took him home from the hospital the first time. And know if you would only see his little face light up with a big grin everytime I take him to school in the morning. He loves it there. I know he does because he gets to play outside more then he did while at his Nana's house. He comes home everyday with a art piece and he begins to sing songs to us sometimes. It's truly a blessing to have found a school were he can enjoy himself while we are at work.

I feel like I have writers block, because i know so much has happened and i want to write about but its blocked in my head. Also, Vladi is running around and wanting to play with me. Ja ja ja... I really can't believe it, I'm back in school. I sort of feel a little to old to be back in school, but hey it's never to late to start a new chapter in life. OMG!! plus this December is the big 30 for me...yikes...I'm old.

Besides the point, the class I'm taking is photography and it's part of a new hobby I been thinking about for sometime. Yes, Noemi wants to become a famous photographer, and maybe I'll hit it big in this industry. The job I'm working for actual deals with photography. The company shots it's own pictures for their yearly catalog, so crossing my fingers I can become their new photographer someday.

Vlad is a bookworm. He loves books! books! books!

I started reading to him since he was two months old. I would also sing the ABC's every time I feed him, and it just stuck to him. His favorite book is by Dr. Seuss "ABC's". Im going to Confirm what I just typed. Look at the book he's holding in the picture. The book is pretty beat up and some of the pages are missing, but he still carries it around seeking for victims. Victims are those who he finds and gives them the book for them to read to him.

Vladimir is 19 1/2 months and full on energy. Vlad use to travel in the stroller when we hiked Griffith Park. However, now the tables have turned and Vlad hikes solo. This picture was taken last weekend, and this is only the beginning of many more memorable hikes to come.

Six month milestone

Hello everyone, sorry it took so long to update my blog. Hey, but at least we made it this far. I never thought i would last this long blogging away my adventures.

So, let see whats new. Oh yes! Vladimir finally hit a big milestone in his little life, and i wanted to share a little about it. He has two teeth, he speaks his little mind off when he gets picked up from the baby sitter. He can sit up on his own for a couple of minutes, but he still needs a little help balancing his weight. MMM what else....he bites hard when he gets excited, he has more hair on the top of his head, he recognizes us very well, and he loves eating solids. Vladimir personality is also showing more and it seems to me that he is becoming a little social butterfly like his dad. I'm a little more on the shy side so i know for a fact that the social side of Vlad was a trait from his daddy.

They finally meet, future wife and hubby meet a couple of weeks ago and hit it off awsome. One of my best buds had her little girl a week before I had Vlad. The size diffrences is shocking, but they say that girls are always smaller then boys. However, everyone got along well and we even had a pizza party.

Two weeks ago, Vlad and I went to my work to visit the crew and check out how everyone was doing. In the meantime, everyone got a chance to meet the little guy. It was such a nice get together, even though, we only hung out for a few hours because the crew needed to get the work done. I will be heading back to the work force on December 3rd.

We had the best Thanksgiving ever!! My sister Lilia and her family came down to Los Angeles from N.Y. to spend the holidays with friends and family. And, we had Thanksgiving brunch early in the morning with them. We also visited Ants and her family in Whittier around noon. And, our last stop was Grandpa's house late in the evening. Overall at the end we all had a wonderful and busy Thanksgiving, and we hope everyone out there did too.

On December 15, 2006 David and I decided to go where no young latinos would ever think of going **** Australia****. Australia was such a unique and breath taking cultural experience, that every day we were there it would open my pointy narrow mind. And now I want to know why the HELL don't we (THE UNITED STATES) have a exempt fosil fuel transportation system that would eliminate global warming. Anyways, we visisted three different states and cities, Queensland (Carins), New South Wales (Sydney), and Victoria (Melbourne). O yeah, Australia's transportation system is free in many areas and is electrically powered.

The Rivera's are having a BABY BOY

Our good friends the Rivera's are having their first baby and it is going to be a boy. So yesterday David and I attend the baby shower and it was quit a nice one. I really never attend these types of celebrations or parties because everyone starts asking us when are we having one (a baby). The question seems to always come up in these events or any family functions. So the question always makes me feel bad, because everyone and there mothers are having babies except us. I think about it sometimes and it just does not seem to be where i want to be with kids. Don't get me wrong i love babies, but i'm just barely enjoy life with my husband.

Master Bathroom Remodel

Finally, our main bathroom is complete. We had to get some professional help on this one. There was no way we could of done this with our busy schedules. The last couple of months have been hectic with school and work for the both of us and we don't even get to see eachother until 8 or 9 in the evening. So our weekends are the only days we have for eachother and there is nothing else to do than more homework. At the end we know this will only be for a couple more years, and we are working on something positive for our future.

Last Saturday we meet up with some of David's Marine friends and family members at the Acapulco in Downey. The guys had the opportunity to catch up on each others adventures outside of the corp. It was a very intresting night listening to all their stories while they were in Iraq. And the women got the chance to share there out look on how it all worked out at the end to have our loved ones return home safe.

Well I'm back and ready to tell you all about my doings while I was gone. For the last six weeks I been a little busy at work and off school. Soccer season is in full force and I been super busy making cutie uniforms for all those cutie kids play soccer www.scoresports.com . I also been enjoying time at the house doing nothing but relaxing, but all good things must come to an end I will be starting school on Monday 14th. You know somthing I lied about relaxing I have been working around the house too. For the last six weeks I have been remodeling our guest restroom to a more up to date look. Just yesterday I finally completed my six week project by adjusting a leaking drain pipe. Whoo for me for having the patience to do such a big project like this, and to be very satisfied at the end. We have also been visiting friends and family. Just two weeks ago both me and my husband David and a couple of friends went out bowling at Key Stone in Norwalk. We where there till one in the morning. We all had so much fun knocking some pins. Also last friday David and I went to a dinner that one of my sister friends was having for them to celebrate a new chapter in her and her family's life. They moved to New York and left on Aug the 8th on a long road trip to the big apple. I will miss them all a lot, but it was a nice get togehter with them for the last time. Well this concludes my little events. I'll catch up with some more storys later.
